The Sand Rose, also known as Desert Rose, Sahara Rose and Selenite Rose, is a cluster of Gypsum or Baryte with sand grains. 

They are formed through moisture and condensation which crystalizes the grains of sand, which naturally contain Quartz, and can be found in many areas of the world such as: Egypt, USA, Australia, Germany, Spain and Tunisia.
